Liming mold Co., Ltd. was established in 1998, started with mold manufacturing. In order to enhance market competitiveness, Liming Mold expanded its equipments in 2000 to include plastic injection, surface coating, assembly processing, quality testing, packaging and shipping. Liming provides the most complete one-stop service (Total Solution).
In 2020, Liming's second factory was completed. The second plant is designed for the production of medical/biomedical products or products with high cleanliness requirements. The positive pressure clean workshop and equipment are planned to improve product’s quality and competitiveness; the clamping force of the machine is from 50 tons to 450 tons, which greatly improves the product diversity.
At present, Liming have about 45 injection molding machines in two factories, ranging from 35 tons to 450 tons, from vertical injection machines to horizontal injection machines. Liming have various equipments, leading technology and stable quality. All kinds of needs are welcome to negotiate.

Liming mold positively pursues innovation and breakthroughs. In 2019, we built an automation department to hand over the repetitive works to machines. We also develop our own defect detection machine, equipped with high-resolution AI visual recognition system which can use deep machine learning to catch the small defects, not only greatly improves the process yield, but also reduces the risk and instability of personnel work.
